A British-born ELT teacher trainer and materials writer in Brazil. Dipping my toes in the world of ELT and educational social projects and trying to join the two in a meaningful and sustainable way.

 Why did I call this blog rainy day? Well, firstly because rainy days are my favourite time to write and also because the aim to this page is for it to be a go-to for teachers on a methaphorical rainy day, when you need a quick lesson plan, fresh idea or filler activity.
